New success for GIB in ASW exercises Using GIB portable tracking system, DCN has demonstrated (March 30th 2004) that it was possible in less than half a day to conduct a full ASW exercise. Less than 3 hours have been necessary to deploy a GIB portable tracking system, to shoot a CI-1 Mod 2 ASW target, to track it in real-time in 3D with a metric accuracy, to recover the target and the buoys. The combined sea trial of a target plus a range was fully successful. See more about products:
